After we recieve your request we will call you to confirm availability and secure payment information. Please make certain you can attend as cancellations will not be accepted. If there is a waiting list for a class we will attempt to find a replacement for your slot. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class because of insufficient enrollment. We may substitute wines based on availablity. Our classes are for adults over the age of 21.

Wine & Grilling Class
Monday, June 20, 2011, 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Mike & Deb partner in this fun and flavorful class that brings together fine wines and the hot grill.  From vegetables to seafood, learn which wines best compliment the upcoming (and long awaited) summer grilling season.  Students will sample wines along with foods prepared on the grill, and walk away from this class with the knowledge to elevate that back yard barbecue into an impressive occasion (menu will differ from previous grilling events).
