We may substitute wines based on availablity. Our classes are for adults over the age of 21.

Wines Of Bordeaux
Thursday, February 4, 6:30 – 8:00 PM

This is a focused study of a particular classic region that stems from a private event that we did for a corporate client. Bordeaux is probably the most well-know wine region in France and counts for one third of the good quality French wines (AOC, crus bourgeois, crus classés).

The wines are so good there that a Bordeaux ranking is needed to classify the best of the best. Premiers grands crus classés (1st growth) - Deuxièmes grands crus classés (2nd growth) - Troisièmes grands crus classés (3rd growth) - Quatrièmes grands crus classés (4th growth) - Cinquièmes grands crus classés (5th growth). Bordeaux has about 7,000 chateaux !
