In an extension of our Wine 101 series, we continue to learn about wine regions and the subtleties of tasting wine.  In this three-session series, students will take another step toward tasting wines like the professionals and working on accurately describing what they are tasting.  We will explore grape blends and what characteristics of a wine are caused by the different varietals in the blend. Fun and informative, and a little deeper than wine 101. (it is not necessary to have taken wine 101)
