Pittsburgh 250 is available in limited quantity in both a non-vintage Cabernet and Chardonnay, better known as ‘Redd Up Red’ and ‘Point Blanc’.
Time honored tradition, state of the art technology, harmony between plants and soil and a true passion for wine are the four major ingredients that make the wines from Sylvester Vineyards & Winery so special. The wines are carefully crafted to be easily approachable, featuring a bouquet that highlights the fruit, tempered with aromas of oak. The mouth feel conveys a well rounded richness, a characteristic of fine wines made in the New World style. But it's the lingering finish that gives a true sense of the Paso Robles appellation.

2005 Pegovino Vin de Pays d'Oc rouge, Laurence Feraud
This glorious Grenache (85%) and Syrah (15%) wine was blended by the celebrated winemaker of Domaine Pégau, (Chateauneuf du Pape) Laurence Feraud. An elegant spicy nose proceeds a palate of silky soft tannins which develop to a long finish of fresh red fruits.
In issue 173, Parker notes for this full flavored "bistro" red blend of Grenache & Syrah says: A classic Provencal wine offering roasted herb, new saddle leatherblack cherry, currant, and loamy soil characteristics. A tasty, earthy effort with loads of personality, it should provide plenty of pleasure over the next 2-3 years.

The bouquet is a mix of sweet fruit: strawberry and plum, with savory forest floor notes. Berry fruit and earth are also found on the palate with a touch of spice, combining with finely textured tannins to produce a soft and supple wine.
