Produced east of the island of Ischia, 100 meters above sea level, in the Punta del Lume area commonly called “o' lummo”.
The aforementioned area took its name from a rock ridge that had the appearance of the light. The grapes are harvested in the first
ten days of October, slightly overripe, the pressing and
pressing still take place in the ancient way in small caves
dug into the lapillus, the must obtained remains cool in these caves for 12 hours, then it is transported by sea with of the wooden boats in the village of Ischia Ponte and then in the cellar in Campagnano, here it will be vinified with the classic technique for white wines.
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: White vinification of Biancolella grapes, decantation, fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 16-18° C. for approximately 50 days, subsequently refined first in steel and then in the bottle.
