In this two-hour online session you’ll learn how to break down a turkey to toast it. You’ll also learn how to make three of Deb’s signature stuffings! Students will receive the recipes for each item from this very special class.

The Wines

Domaine Marion Pral Cuvée Terroir

Beaujolais, France - $18.18

Gamay

Ripe cherry and strawberry dominate in the nose and on an exuberantly ripe palate with hints of fruit pit bitterness offering counterpoint. Attractive suggestions of salt and stone, and a soft texture.

Gönc Pinot Noir

Podravje, Slovenia - $25.35

Pinot Noir

Aromas of cherry, red berries, and soft dark spices. On the palate the wine is juicy and round.

Quails' Gate Chardonnay

Okanagan Valley, BC - $21.50

Chardonnay

Aromas of ripe orchard fruit, brioche, and a hint of minerality. Bright stone fruit and a hint of butterscotch and citrus on the palate.

Château Les Jouberts Cuvée Prestige Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Blanc

Bordeaux, France - $14.76

Sauvignon Blanc

Notes of tropical and yellow fruits, making this wine ripe while also light and crisp. Refreshing and rounded.
