Dreadnought Wines’ Wine of the (Every Other) Month Club is a bi-monthly wine subscription that allows members to sample a variety of boutique wines from around the world. The July/August 2020 collection features four beautiful vintages from Italy.

Fresh, approachable, and well-balanced. Citrus notes blend with riper tropical fruit aromas, such as pineapple, papaya and mango. 

 

Montesole Fiano Campania

Campania, Italy 

Fiano

Straw yellow colour enriched by a scent characterized by white flowers, mature exotic fruits, fennel, sage and hawthorn. The taste is rich, dry and harmonious.

 

Poderi dal Nespoli Nespolino Rosso

Emilia-Romagna, Italy

Sangiovese, Merlot

Soft on the palate with aromas of cherry and violet, with herbs and chocolate notes. Dry and harmonious, it is an overall well-balanced wine.

 

Tenuta La Piccola 'Nero di Cio' Lambrusco

Emilia-Romagna, Italy

Ancellotta, Lambrusco Maestri, Lambrusco Salamino, Malbo Gentile

Aromas of blackberry, plum and cherry. Fresh, soft and balanced, very persistent and medium dry, with good balanced acidity.
