Wine & Chesse - A classic pairing if ever there was one! In this class our CIA trained chef and in-house Wine Expert, Deb Mortilarrio, will discuss how to pair cheese with wines as well as how to use them in cooking where appropriate. We will match both white and red wines in these classes.

Monmousseau Touraine Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc
A delicate straw-like color. Slightly musky aromas of flowers and citrus. The wine is young and fresh but keeps its fat and round character to the taste, with long-lasting note.

Freshly picked strawberries, rose petal and cherry aromas. Follows through on the palate with delicious ripe raspberries with a delicate finish.

A rich and complex wine with aromas of dark fruits - blackberries, blueberries, and dark spices. Sultry black pepper and black cherry fruit appear on the palate, swirling with earthy notes.

Deep garnet-red color and a fruity nose with hints of redcurrant. Firm and fruity on the palate, with soft, very round tannins.
